Hearts of Love Africa is a Christian charity ministry that touches the hearts of the needy in a practical manner through the love of God.
Our story
From a stranded student to a movement of love.
The founder, Apostle Kennedy Owino, is a testimony that a heart of love can touch, train, and transform. After class 8, he was stranded with no way to fund secondary education. God touched the heart of a church that took him in and paid for his education.
Carrying that experience and a passion to return the kindness, in 2016 Apostle Kennedy began by educating children — and saw them transformed not only as educated people but as souls living for Christ.
The success stories drew more needy parents and children in Kenya and South Africa to seek similar help, and that grew into what is today Hearts of Love Africa, connected to World of Light International ministry.
